Support for shared dictionaries
Passware Kit now supports shared dictionaries stored on network drives. There is no need to copy the dictionaries to a local machine, as the software is now able to use them directly from folders specified in the “Tools | Options” tab. Configured this way, the shared dictionaries could be used by multiple installations of Passware Kit simultaneously.

Instant reset of Windows 10 Live ID passwords
Passware Kit instantly resets passwords for Windows accounts, including local and Active Directory Administrators. It also recovers Windows 8-10 Live ID passwords from system registry files and live memory images. Passware Kit 2016 v.1 now also resets Windows 8-10 Live ID passwords in a matter of minutes, if a live memory image of the target computer is not available.

Support for RTI2 tables for fast recovery of hashed passwords
Passware improves its Rainbow Tables attack for hashed passwords and now supports rainbow tables in RTI2 format, in addition to the regular RT. The rainbow tables are used to decrypt unsalted LANMAN, NTLM, SHA1, and MD5 hashes and recover OS users’ names and passwords.
