What’s new:
In response to strong interest in the previously released decryption support for the Samsung Exynos-based S20 series, Passware is further expanding its Samsung device coverage by adding the S10 series models powered by Qualcomm chipsets, as well as newer devices based on the Exynos 850 and 9610/9611 chipsets.
Additional enhancements include support for Android tablets powered by the Rockchip RK3562 SoC – particularly popular among children – along with several user interface improvements.
Decryption of Qualcomm-based Samsung S10 series
Passware introduces decryption capabilities for Samsung S10 series devices powered by the Qualcomm SM8150 (Snapdragon 855 “Hana”) chipset. The passcode recovery for such devices is accelerated on GPU and covers popular models, such as the Galaxy S10/10+/10e and Note 10/10+.
Benchmarking on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ demonstrates recovery speeds of more than 16,300 passwords per second using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti.
Limitations may apply depending on the PBL patch version and device manufacture date.
Support for Samsung devices based on Exynos 850 and 9610/9611
Samsung device coverage is further expanded with over 20 models powered by the Exynos 850 (S5E3830) and Exynos Octa 9610/9611 chipsets. Passware Kit Mobile now enables decryption of popular Samsung devices such as the Galaxy M13, A51, and XCover Pro.
For models based on Exynos 850, this decryption method supports devices with a Security Patch Level (SPL) dated April 2025 and earlier.
GPU acceleration is also supported for the passcode recovery.
Support for Android tablets based on Rockchip RK3562 processor
Passware Kit Mobile 2026 v3 introduces support for Android tablets powered by the Rockchip RK3562 SoC, including models such as the Doogee U10 and Blackview Tab 70. These entry-level Android 13–15 devices are designed for basic multimedia and educational use, with several models tailored specifically for kids. This feature is particularly valuable in cases involving data acquisition from children’s devices.
The PKM speed on the Doogee U10 reaches 14,700 passwords per second using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti GPU.
Support for iOS 15.8.7 on A8/A9 devices
iOS compatibility has been extended with the latest iOS 15 release – version 15.8.7. The update covers iPhone 6S and other Apple devices with A8/A8X/A9/A9X processors.
User interface improvements
A section with a link to the latest release description is now conveniently available on the PKM start screen and can be hidden when no longer needed.
The PKM icon has also been redesigned to align visually with other Passware products, making it easier to recognize and navigate between them.
