Support for 15 Samsung MediaTek-based devices

Passware Kit Mobile 2024 v1 introduces password recovery and data extraction for Samsung MediaTek-based devices, in addition to the Exynos and Qualcomm-based devices announced previously. The supported chipsets now include MT6739, MT6762, MT6765, MT6769, and MT8768, adding over 15 models, such as the Galaxy A03S and A10S.

The recovery speed can reach 7,800 passwords per second on NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti.

Support for 35 new Qualcomm-based devices with Snapdragon 665, 675, 730, and 855 chipsets

The new PKM extends its support for Qualcomm-based devices by adding 35 newer models, covering lineups up to 2019, such as Xiaomi Mi 9, LG G8 ThinQ, Vivo V17 Pro, and Motorola Moto G8 Plus.

The supported chipsets are Snapdragon 665 SM6125, 675 SM6150, 730 SM7150-АА, and 855 SM8150. The recovery speed for Xiaomi Mi 9 is over 2,200 passwords per second on NVIDIA 2080Ti. Limitations may apply depending on the PBL patch version.

Support for 31 MediaTek devices with MT 6779 and 6893 chipsets

The newly added devices include Xiaomi Mi 11T, Oppo Realme GT Neo, and other models and vendors.

Switching to Boot ROM mode for MTK-based devices without using test points

To prepare the locked MediaTek-based devices for decryption, PKM needs them to be switched to Boot ROM mode. It used to offer two options to do this: connecting the test points, which might be complicated due to device disassembling, and holding the volume buttons, which might not work on all devices. Passware Kit Mobile 2024 v1 now offers a third option: using the boot preloader, which allows investigators to switch many devices to Boot ROM mode more easily.

Support for iOS 15.8 on A8, A8X, A9, and A9X devices

PKM 2024 v1 adds support for iOS 15.8 on Apple A8/A8X/A9/A9X devices, such as the iPhone 6S and iPad Pro 12.9″.

Support for 15 new Android devices

The added models include Vivo devices with the Snapdragon 439 chipset, including Vivo Y12i.

We appreciate our customers sharing their experience using the PKM! Thanks to this feedback, the list of devices supported by PKM has been topped by seven new models, including Huawei MediaPad T5, Cloud Mobile Stratus C7, and Asus ZenFone 5Z.
